BS or its foreign equivalent in CS, EE, Sys. Engineering or related field, 5 years post bachelor experience or 5 years post bachelor's system analysis or application development related experience. Will consider any suitable combination of education, experience and or training. Full Time, must have working knowledge of Oracle Gov’t Fin Sys, APPX or WANG Sys, PL/SQL Oracle DB & e-com B2B apps. Financial Analyst: Analyzes financial data and extracts relevant information; interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability. Reviews costs and performs cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs. Performs statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in financial systems. Develops financial reports for forecasting trending and results analysis. Records, classifies, and summarizes financial transactions and events in accordance with accounting principles. Interprets financial transactions for users who must make economics or business decisions. Verifies documents for completeness and compliance with government and private agencies. Provides expertise in system architecture, database design, system selection and implementation. Supports system maintenance and security. Uses software applications to assemble, manipulate and or format data and reports.MBA or business related field. 2 years experience as Financial Analyst or any Financial Management related experience.
